    I stayed here over New Year's and loved the central location right by the park! Super convenient with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The view from my room was great, and I appreciated the comfy bed and decent amenities like a fridge and kettle for hot water.

    The small bathroom kinda ruined it for me, and it could’ve been cleaner. Plus, the website misled us about the airport bus stop, leading to a long and cold walk with our luggage. not the best experience for a special stay.

    Good overall experience. A newly remodelled and well priced hotel. Location near to subway or JR and clealiness, the shopping and food area and four main breweries. A lot of FAB food for meals.

    Honestly no complaint. Fairly clean hotel, really helpful and very competent employees especially due the hospitality of the staff. Incredible location short walk to the shopping and food area, subway and tram and a 24 hrs convenience store by Lawson. Also, to wonderful tourists spots: D

    The shower was a nightmare; no option for lower pressure and the head couldn't be adjusted. Plus, the room was way too hot, even in winter! I had to sleep with the window open, just a sheet, and still couldn't cool down.

    We will definitely go back there again, everything was nice. Hotel is clean and well priced, the location is exceptionally nice. Excellent service, the breakfast was excellent and they have private parking if needed. It offers early check-in. Overall great food, plus there is Genshiyaki bar Opus One close by...

    During my recent trip focused on exploring the region, I stayed for a few days at a charming hotel that exceeded my expectations. The spacious twin room featured newly renovated decor, with a comfortable layout including a Japanese-style bath and a separate toilet. The housekeeping was really good, maintaining cleanliness daily, while the location offered convenient access to nearby attractions. I enjoyed strolling through Odori Park, just steps away, and the staff were generally pleasant and helpful, providing ample tourist information.

    A good stay in Sapporo

    Woke up to the charm of a spacious Japanese-style room. The bath was a personal oasis after long city explorations, and the location was a perfect base for adventure.

    Reaching the hotel with heavy luggage in the snowy winter was quite a challenge. The coffee options were disappointingly limited for my morning cravings.

    I had a lovely stay here! The location is perfect, right by Odori Park, and the modern, spacious rooms made for a comfortable retreat. The staff were friendly, though a bit more assistance with luggage would've been nice. Definitely worth considering for a visit to Sapporo!
